Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the I Can Tell Time mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Age Requirements and Parental Consent

The App is designed for children ages 4-8. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before using the App. By using the App, you represent that you either:

• Have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Share your account or access credentials with others

Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of I Can Tell Time App and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Can Tell Time App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which I Can Tell Time App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
