Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using I Can Tell Time ("App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Age requirements
The App is for children ages 4–8. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf. By using the App, you confirm that you either:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have parental or guardian consent to use the App
License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Pricing
The App is free to start. Optional in-app purchases unlock additional levels and features. All purchase terms, pricing, refunds, and billing are managed by Apple under App Store policies.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any commercial purpose
- Use the App in a way that harms or disrupts the service
Intellectual property
The App—including all content, graphics, logos, and software—is our property, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where I Can Tell Time operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
